PURCHASE / DEPOSIT TERMS

Deposits:  Deposits are both accepted and required to "hold" any animal off-market.  Deposits may be in the form of Cashier's Check, Personal Check or Cash.  Deposit terms are defined as follows:

   Miniature Donkey Deposit - 50% of the total sales price.  In the case that a buyer "changes their mind" regarding a donkey on which a deposit has been made, 50% of that deposit will be returned to buyer upon written request.  For example, a "hold" deposit for a $1,000 donkey would be $500...$250 of which would be returned if a buyer cancels the purchase.

   Anatolian Shepherd Puppy Deposit - $400.  Litter selection will be in the order of deposit received, however, the owner/breeder retains the option of selecting first from any litter prior to referring to the Deposit List.  In the case that more deposits are received than puppies are available, 100% of those deposits will be refunded.  However, all deposits made for an available puppy will be forfeit 60 days after the litter's birth if not paid in full.  Selections must be made between weeks 4 and 6.  If selection is not made during this period, the buyer's name will shift to the bottom of the depositer's selection list.  If not selected by the end of week 7, any and all remaining puppies will become available for sale on a "first-come first-serve" basis.

Final Payments: Final payment, which may include a delivery fee, is due at the time of pickup or delivery.  Final payments must be in the form of an Official Bank Cashier's Check or Cash.  Personal checks will NOT be accepted for any final payments.

TRANSPORTATION TERMS

Transportation is the responsibility of the Buyer, however, we will agree to deliver any animal purchased in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

1.  We deliver for free "within" 25 miles (<50 miles round trip) of our farm.

2.  If requested, we will consider delivering at a rate of $.50 per mile for every mile in excess of 50 miles.

3.  Total "trip" mileage will be determined using Map Quest (as the primary method) by inputting both our farm address (785 Burnt Chimney Road, Campobello, SC 29322) and the customer's "delivery" address.

Example:  A total trip of 300 miles (starting from our farm and ending at our farm) would cost a total of $125 for delivery.  This is calculated as follows (300-50)*$.50=$125
